At Mini Zali we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Below are the details on how we process, pack, and deliver your items.


Processing Times

  • Fast dispatch: All standard orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours (business days).

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches) we’ll always communicate promptly if any unexpected delay occurs.


Customised Orders

Many of our products can be personalised.

  • Depending on order volume and design complexity, customised orders may take 2–7 days to create before shipping.

  • If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout.

    • Orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) with Express Shipping will be dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 12 pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.

We always aim to finish personalised items as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


Delivery Times & Costs

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other reputable couriers.

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate $9.99 – estimated delivery 2–8 business days depending on location.

  • Express shipping: Flat rate $13.99 – estimated delivery 1–4 business days depending on location.


Split Shipments

To ensure your order reaches you in the safest and quickest way, orders containing larger or bulky items may be split into multiple parcels.

  • Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

  • You will receive email notifications and tracking details for every shipment.

  • Items sent separately may arrive on different days depending on courier schedules.


Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.


Delivery Instructions

  • Mini Zali is not responsible for parcels once they are marked delivered by the carrier.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Australia only.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact zaliandcosales@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Address Changes

  • Double-check your address during checkout.

  • If you need to amend details, email zaliandcosales@gmail.com right away.

  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
