Shipping
All orders are packed and processed within 24 hours of purchase from our Brisbane warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day, orders after 12pm will be shipped the following morning.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS- please allow 2 to 3 days maximum for personalised items to be made. If you require your order urgently, please choose express post, and your order will be prioritised.

As we pack our orders on the same day, your tracking number will be generated the same day, however this may not update for 24 hours until the package has been scanned at the local depot.
