REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

 PLEASE NOTE- All items that are on sale, are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 If you need to return any of these items, you can post them back and we will issue a store credit for the cost of the items.

PERSONALISED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Please double check spelling and sizing before purchasing.

RETURNS:

If you‘re not happy with your items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us just email zaliandcosales@gmail.com to request the return and for the return address. We will offer a store credit for any change of mind purchases or sizing related issues.
1. We recommend sending your parcel back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer. 
2. We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is Mini Zali's fault (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it. 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Mini Zali is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, if you need a different size or change your mind. We offer exchange, store credit  ( refunds only on faulty items only or incorrect item sent by Mini Zali)  within 14 days of the delivery date.

After this date we will not accept any returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Items returned without packaging are not eligible for returns.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift cards
  • Worn and/or washed clothing or accessory of any type, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies and headbands etc.

For faulty items we will send a replacement of the item at our expense if requested or offer a refund. 

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

As per Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders. Refunds are only applicable to faulty items. We do not refund for any change of mind purchases, sizing faults, or requests to cancel your order. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*Please note that shipping costs are non refundable
