At Mini Zali we care deeply about the quality of every piece we send out.
While we hope you and your little one love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
This policy explains how we help if there’s ever an issue.
Change of Mind (14-Day Period)
Because we cannot guarantee stock levels, we’re unable to offer exchanges.
However, for customers who change their mind, we gladly offer returns for store credit or a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached

Customers cover all shipping costs for the return
Tip: We recommend using a trackable postal service, as Mini Zali cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are always protected.
If an item is:

Faulty or defective
-
Significantly different from the description or sample

Unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and Mini Zali will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
These rights apply even after 14 days if the fault is within the product’s reasonable life expectancy.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on the following (unless the product is faulty or mis-described under ACL):

Personalised or custom-made items, including customised embroidery

Gift cards

Worn and/or washed clothing or accessories of any type, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies, and headbands
How to Request a Return

Email zaliandcosales@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (for change-of-mind returns) or as soon as you notice a fault.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Our friendly team will guide you through the next steps and make sure everything is resolved quickly.
What We Can’t Accept

Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your request) without delay.
